Upstairs in the Quincy Market Rotunda

Quincy Market Rotunda

I am planning to show a gallery of photos from Faneuil Hall Marketplace tomorrow, but the decorations upstairs in the rotunda of Quincy Market were so striking and surreal, that they deserved their own post.

Thank you…I’ve eaten in the Rotunda a number of times, though if the weather is nice, I like to find a bench outside. There were so many people that I had to drop a bit to get all of the heads out of the foreground. Cheers

Yes – I really think that is a nice touch. This is very well done. When I was a boy, they had a big Christmas tree on the first level with sometype of animated 12 Days of Christmas figures. It is a vague recollection.

Well you should be invited. You have so many gorgeous images. Looking forward to seeing your post about “my exhibition in the commons”, That’d be cool.
