As the restaurant became popular and expanded as mush as it could to accommodate the crowds, the Parkers needed to find a way to help folks occupy their time. During sugaring season, they could tour the sugar house but that is only in operation for 4-6 weeks a year. So they built some additional structures. There is a very nice gift shop. This is where I purchase syrup and jams. You can also get hot sauces and penny candy. On the lower level, they sell Native American themed items.
