Thank you…This is a really pretty area of downtown Orlando.
Oooo! Very nice!
Thank you…It looked better in BW. The sodium lights gave it that unslightly tinge in color.
dude – you are so bringing me back with these FL pics – and hard to believe the lights are on – I thought they shut this area down…. well I was there in 1990 when it was just winding down….
Glad to hear you are enjoying these shots. This part of town seems to have gotten a facelift.
I wonder if they are revitalizing it – the last time I was there i think was 1992 – I bought some geo stones – or pretty gem rocks – and well, half of it was shut down /
just for fun – I have been sharing this vintage card form bytes blog
That is cute…Vintage cards are just so much fun.
yeah – and my son loves iron pans like that one – and you should check out the bytes blog – he has a bunch more….. and he actually added some funny comments about the humor in a couple (not that you do not have enough blogs to visit !) –
Aw, these are great. I wish someone would re-issue them. And I love the comments. My favorite comments are when he refers to certain Valentines as “real panty-droppers” – lol
They seem to be. There are a bunch of restaurants and bars. Some look vacant still and there was an article in the paper about some high tech firms moving into office space.
beautiful, how did you capture this with no people around 🙂
And thank you..I am glad you liked the shot. I have a day shot also and just went down at like 7:00 AM.
It was probably a Monday or Tuesday night and not overly warm by Orlando standards. I probably made this between 7:00 an 9:00 in the evening.
I hope you posted this for the symmetry photo challenge. What a great photo! Love it 🙂
Sadly, I posted it a day or two before the challenge. There is a day time version that I could post later in the week. Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it 🙂
