Thank you Soheir. And thank you for all of your support and kind words this past year. I wish you were closer and I could send over a big plate of Christmas treats for you and your children. Cheers!

Definitely a keeper for next year’s card. I’m not cooking too much, my husband is doing most of it, the Prime Rib and the accoutrements. I did the cauliflower au gratin, with the bechamel sauce and Swiss cheese, I am going to make a broccoli and cauliflower soup later today. I’m a tad tired these days. πŸ˜€

Great families think alike…It is prime rib here also. We are also trying popover this year. The cauliflower sounds good. I just learned to make bachamel sause so I can make Croque Monseuirs (sp?) which we had in Montreal and loved. Pace yourself, my friend. πŸ˜‰

Croque Monsieur, an excellent sandwich if there ever was one, for brunch you can make it even more special by putting an egg sunny side up over it making it a Croque Madame. Yes great minds do think alike. Lol πŸ˜€
