Boston Harbor Hotel Rotunda

Archway at the Boston Harbor Hotel
This image came out more lovely than I initially imagined. The harbor images shown over the past few days were made from the docks behind the Boston Harbor Hotel. It has this lovely rotunda that frames the sea in the background. That is not a pool you see, but an ice skating rink set up for the winter. Above you see a banner being blown about by the wind. This was an unexpected treat when I began the editing process. Cheers!

Thank you, Monica. I was surprised and pleased with how it came out. I took it more as an experiment. I guess it was an experiment with a happy ending. Cheers 😃

Thank you, Osyth. I truly believe the saying that chance favors the prepared mind. Plus, life is so much more interesting when you are taking in all kinds of new thoughts and ideas. Cheers!

Thank you, Lindy. I was so happy the wind blew the banner out of the way. There is always a banner there and often it spoils the view. Here, the drama of it being blown seems to add something. Cheers.
