Thank you William…Cheers!
I’m a sucker for colorful buildings
Oh, me too! I really liked what they had done in this part of Montreal. Cheers!
WoW! I had no idea that there were houses like that in Montreal! (Ok, I´ve never been there, but anyway;) Makes me think of old english cottages or dutch canal houses…
Not all of Montreal is like this. This is not the touristy section but more the hip neighborhood. I found a self guided walking tour on line and we had great fun. Cheers!
Super photo, Christopher!
Those colors are amazing 🙂
Thank you, Monica…I wonder what kind of people choose to pain their homes in such interesting colors…I envision them being pleasant and creative. Have a happy weekend. Cheers!
You, too, Christopher 🙂
Nice! They remind me of the Painted Ladies in San Francisco. Have a good weekend!
So true…I had not made that connection. Happy Weekend!
Thant’s great. Its the green of the bushes, angles of the rooftops and steps that really sets it off. Had it been raining? Sometimes for some strange reason a grey sky can really bring the colours out. Nice shot mare > that’s a good un
Good call, Andy. It was a pretty damp day and soon after this image was made, we bagged it, found a coffee shop and spent the rest of the afternoon reading and consuming legal stimulants. Rainy weather does bring out the colors whereas the sun seems to was them out. Thanks and have a good weekend. Cheers!
Very pretty. Oh those wild and crazy Canadians 😉
Thank you, but be careful…depending on how the election goes, we may be seeking refuge up there. =)
DH has an Aunt and Uncle that live in Canada and run and B&B…. 😉
Great…so you’ve got an in then. 😉
Hopefully but more so hopefully not…well you know what I mean 😉

They are homes…Beautifully painted homes. Cheers
These are so pretty and colorful..as if out of a fairy tale. Thanks for sharing 😊
Your most welcome. We’d been to Montreal several times but this was the first time we’d visited this part of it. It is really a lovely area. Cheers!
