I love it there. The old family home is now a stone outbuilding but right in the coast. I have fantasies of buying and restoring it. Then I remember that I am neither rich nor handy. Reality sucks, right.

Wow! 3/4 Irish! Thatยดs wonderful! Did I ever mention that I adore the works of W.B. Yeats? I guess that would add the remaining 1/4 and make me 100% Irish?! ๐Ÿ˜‰ Cheers!

I have to agree, this is really beautiful! How long did you live there? I hope you’ll be able to fulfill your dream of restoring your hold family home one day ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you, Monika. This was only a visit for a couple of weeks. My family lived just outside town but that was in the 19th century. I’d love to return and spend more time. One day, I’m sure. Cheers!

It is a nice place and I have nice memories to go with it. My wife and I went there with my parents and met our Irish relatives who live nearby. ๐Ÿ˜Š
