Tobin Bridge

This is the Tobin Bridge as seen at a sunset a few weeks back. As a photographer, I have fun studying maps and figuring out interesting places to make images from. I thought this bridge would look nice at sunrise or sunset if I located the right spot. I found a small street corner at the water’s edge in East Boston from which to make this.

You´re king of understatement, Chris – this isn´t nice – it´s spectacular! 😀 What a beautiful bridge and I´m glad you waked up early to make this beautiful shot! Cheers!

What a beautiful sunset view of the bridge. Your studying of the map paid off.

We went to Boston long time ago. I remember following the red brick road to do the sightseeing, and visited the USS Constitution and ate a lot of lobsters!

Perfect time and location to capture the Tobin! Looks so pretty at sunset. I love driving on the Zakim bridge too.

I’m glad you like it. Depending on how far you’re willing to go, you’d end up either in Maine at the Canadian border in Houghton or Key West. I’ve been to both, and would recommend Key West unless you’re looking for a wilderness experience. 😎
