Roaming the city with my camera, I go down alleys and passageways that others miss. I followed this alley behind a couple of downtown hotels (the Nine Zero and the historic Parker House) to find this scene. The smoke, I believe, is from the Parker House’s laundry (or else from making their famous Boston Creme Pies).
Hamilton Court is an odd dead end street in downtown Boston. It has a strange combination of huge graphics for The Corner Mall (to which it connects) and the front of the Orpheum Theater. They don’t really fit together and I think that is why I always have to stop and look when I pass by it.
Not far from Faneuil Hall Marketplace, this tiny street is a throwback to Boston’s days in the 18th century with a narrow cobblestone street that twists its way towards the waterfront.
My expression of someone else’s expression.
Now the Madonna video is stuck in my brain.
