Here is a B&W image I made while visiting Old Sturbridge Village in Central Massachusetts. Inside one of the buildings, it is interesting to imagine this was someone’s view back in the 1830s. Who were they? What were they thinking?
The second half of the door images from Old Sturbridge Village in Central Massachusetts. It is a beautiful place to visit in any season.
Last weekend we went out to Old Sturbridge Village, a living history museum set in the 1830s. I made a series of images of doors there and thought I would show them today because there is a tradition of showing doors on Thursdays.

Some of the items from the American Art gallery at Heritage Gardens and Museum. The lead image (man wearing a hat) in entitled ‘The Dude’.
Some nature images from Heritage Gardens and Museum. It is still rather early in the season here. Cape Cod is surrounded by the still cold ocean water making the temps about 5-10 degrees cooler than inland. Still, there was much to see. Cheers!
